Privacy
We collect as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens when you join the early access.
What we collect
Your email address and contact creation date. We also measure form submissions, video engagement and simulator interactions with Umami. A successful signup event includes the email address you submitted and the form location.
Why
To send you your early access invitation and occasional product updates, and to understand how visitors use the site and which interactions lead to signups. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
Who can see it
Only the Tractus team. Your data is stored by our technical providers (website hosting, Brevo for contact management and our Umami analytics instance), who process it on our behalf. We never sell or rent it.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 3 years after our last contact with you.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent or object to its use at any time by writing to hello@tractus.trading. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Disclaimer
Tractus provides observations and estimates derived from open data, such as satellite imagery. These are indications to interpret, not certainties, and they can be incomplete or wrong.
Nothing on Tractus is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading commodities involves a risk of loss. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
